Agadir Spiced Fish
- 2 tsp softened butter
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tsp harissa paste
- 1 lemon, zest only
- Small bunch of chopped coriander
- 2 firm white fish fillets, skin removed
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Mix together the butter, harissa, garlic, lemon zest, coriander and some seasoning.
- Place the fish fillets in a lightly oiled roasting tin, and spread each fillet with half the flavoured butter mixture. Roast for 10 mins, or until just cooked through, then serve the fish fillets with green salad or chips.
