Balsamic Beef Skewers
- 300g sirloin steak, cut into 2.5cm cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ chopped red onion
- Mix the beef, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Cover and leave to marinate for 30 mins in the fridge. Meanwhile, heat a griddle pan or barbecue.
- When ready, thread alternating pieces of steak and onion onto 4 metal skewers, reserving the marinade. Griddle or barbecue for 5 mins or so, then brush thoroughly with more marinade. Turn over and griddle for 4 mins more, or until done to your liking. Serve immediately.
