Barbecued Duck Breast

  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 8 skinned duck breasts
  • Mix the Worcestershire sauce, oil, Tabasco, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Add the duck breasts and toss well to coat, then marinate in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
  • Preheat your barbecue, then when ready barbecue the duck breasts for about 5 mins on each side for medium. Serve with chips, or whatever sides you fancy!
