Beef and Gorgonzola Burgers
- 1 chopped shallot
- 75g crumbled gorgonzola
- 500g beef mince
- 25g basil
- 4 tbsp quality mayo
- 4 ciabatta rolls, lightly toasted
- Rocket leaves, sliced tomato, and sides to serve
- Mix the cheese and shallot into the beef and shape, with damp hands, into 4 patties. Grill for 7 mins on each side or until cooked through.
- Chop the basil leaves and mix into the mayonnaise, then spread onto the toasted buns and stuff with the burgers, rocket and tomato to serve. Enjoy with a big pile of chips or anything else you fancy!
