Beef and Gorgonzola Burgers

  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 75g crumbled gorgonzola
  • 500g beef mince
  • 25g basil
  • 4 tbsp quality mayo
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, lightly toasted
  • Rocket leaves, sliced tomato, and sides to serve
  • Mix the cheese and shallot into the beef and shape, with damp hands, into 4 patties. Grill for 7 mins on each side or until cooked through.
  • Chop the basil leaves and mix into the mayonnaise, then spread onto the toasted buns and stuff with the burgers, rocket and tomato to serve. Enjoy with a big pile of chips or anything else you fancy!
