Beef Satay
- 200g rib-eye, cut into strips
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Crispy noodles, to serve
- Peanuts, to serve
- Place the beef into a bowl with the soy, honey, chilli, sesame oil, and lime juice and zest. Leave to marinate for at least 10 mins. When ready, thread the steak pieces onto soaked skewers, and fry in the olive oil for 2 mins on all sides. Serve immediately with crispy noodles and a scattering of peanuts.
