Blue Cheese Rarebit

Good Pair Days -
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 85g strong blue cheese
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Dash of worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 slices crusty bread, griddled
  • Preheat your grill to medium. Place the yolk, cheese, mustard, cream, worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper into a food processor, and blitz to combine. Slather the lot over your griddled bread slices, and grill for 4 minutes or until bubbling and golden. Serve immediately.
