Blue Cheese Tagliatelle
- 4 slices of bacon, cut into strips
- 100ml double cream
- 75g strong blue cheese
- 100g cooked tagliatelle
- Fry the bacon in a pan until crisp, and stir in the cream, allowing it to cook for another 2 minutes or so. Add the blue cheese, and stir for a couple of minutes to allow it to melt, then season well with pepper, and stir in the tagliatelle. Simple... yet perfect!
