Blue Cheese, Tapenade, and Tortilla Spirals

  • 3 tbsp black olive tapenade
  • 4 large flour tortilla wraps
  • 300g soft blue cheese, e.g gorgonzola
  • 200g pitted black olives, chopped
  • Spread the tapenade over the wraps, then crumble over the blue cheese and scatter with the chopped olives. Tightly roll the wraps, trimming the ends to keep them neat. Slice each wrap into 10 portions, secure with cocktail sticks, and serve as a canape or part of a tapas selection.
