Braaied Garlic and Peri Peri Chicken Recipe
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 6 cloves of garlic, halved and peeled
- The best peri-peri spice rub you can find
- Flatbreads, to serve
- Get your sharpest knife, and cut a pocket into the chicken drumsticks along the bone. Place half a garlic clove in each one, then rub the whole thing with as much peri-peri as you dare.
- Barbecue over hot coals for 15 minutes, turning often. Serve with warm flatbreads, and a fresh green salad.
