Brie, Prosciutto and Pear Canapes

  • 2 ripe pears
  • 100g brie or similar cheese
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • Core and quarter the pears, then cut each quarter into two slices. Cut the brie into 16 pieces and cut each piece of ham in half.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top of a slice of pear. Wrap in a piece of prosciutto and sprinkle with thyme leaves. Repeat until you have 16 individual bites, and serve as part of a festive canape selection.
