Brie, Prosciutto and Pear Canapes
- 2 ripe pears
- 100g brie or similar cheese
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- Core and quarter the pears, then cut each quarter into two slices. Cut the brie into 16 pieces and cut each piece of ham in half.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of a slice of pear. Wrap in a piece of prosciutto and sprinkle with thyme leaves. Repeat until you have 16 individual bites, and serve as part of a festive canape selection.
