Butterbean and Mustard Pate
- 100g can of butterbeans, drained
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 slices of french bread, toasted to serve
- Place the beans, mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice into a food processor, and blend until creamy and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve thickly spread on toasted baguette.
