Caribbean Lamb Burgers
- 1⁄2 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
- 1⁄2 tsp ground turmeric
- 300g lamb mince
- Oil
- Pinch of pepper
- Buns, salad, and relish for serving
- Pop all of the burger ingredients into a bowl with plenty of salt and pepper. Massage well, then form into 10cm patties.
- Fry the patties for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve in buns with all your usual favourite toppings!
