Cashew, Chilli, and Broccoli Salad
- 100g broccoli florets
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 55g toasted cashews
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Cook the broccoli for 5 or 6 minutes in a pan of salted boiling water. Drain, and place in a serving dish, before scattering with the chilli and cashews, and a liberal drizzling of soy sauce and sesame oil. So simple, yet so delicious!
