Cashew, Chilli, and Broccoli Salad

  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 55g toasted cashews
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Cook the broccoli for 5 or 6 minutes in a pan of salted boiling water. Drain, and place in a serving dish, before scattering with the chilli and cashews, and a liberal drizzling of soy sauce and sesame oil. So simple, yet so delicious!
