Charred Broccoli, Chilli, and Garlic Pasta

  • 100g dried spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely sliced
  • 1⁄2 red chilli, sliced
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cook the spaghetti until al dente in a large pan of salted water. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan, and add the broccoli.
  • Leave the broccoli alone for a few minutes so that it chars, then turn and char on the other side, too. Chuck in the almonds, garlic, and chilli, and stir fry for 3 minutes, then season well. Drain the spaghetti, and toss in the broccoli pan. Mix well, and serve. Easy!
