Chilli and Ginger Oysters
- 12 live oysters, shucked
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Small piece of ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 chilli, finely chopped
- Bunch of chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Mix all of the ingredients (minus the oysters and the chives) in a small bowl. Drizzle the shucked oysters with the dressing, and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
