Chinese Prawn Stir Fry
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 100g sugar snap peas
- 1 sliced carrot
- 200g sliced pak choi
- 2 sliced spring onions
- 300g fresh noodles
- 150g king prawns, cooked
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 sliced red chilli, to serve
- Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a wok, and toss in the peas and carrot to stir-fry for a minute or two. Add the pak choi and spring onions, followed by the noodles and prawns. Toss to combine, then pour in the soy and remaining sesame oil, and stir fry for a couple of minutes before scattering with sesame seeds and chilli. Serve.
