Chocolate Tahini Dates
- 1.5 tbsp tahini
- 10 medjool pitted dates
- 100g dark chocolate, broken into bits
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- Spoon some tahini into the middle of each pitted date. Pop onto a baking sheet and chill in the freezer for 20 mins, or until the tahini is set. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir in the ground cardamom.
- Transfer the dates to serving plates, and pour over the chocolate. Sprinkle with pistachios, and serve immediately.
