Chocolate Tahini Dates

  • 1.5 tbsp tahini
  • 10 medjool pitted dates
  • 100g dark chocolate, broken into bits
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • Spoon some tahini into the middle of each pitted date. Pop onto a baking sheet and chill in the freezer for 20 mins, or until the tahini is set. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir in the ground cardamom.
  • Transfer the dates to serving plates, and pour over the chocolate. Sprinkle with pistachios, and serve immediately.
