Classic Crab Canapes Recipe
What you'll need:
- 1 good quality baguette, cut into 10-12 slices
- 140g white crabmeat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- Zest and juice of a lime
- 1 red chilli, chopped and de-seeded

Time: 15 minutes
Method
First
Kick this quick recipe off by pre-heating your oven to 200C. Take a baking tray, and spread the baguette slices all over it. Drizzle with about half of the olive, season well, and bake in the oven until just golden at the edges.
Second
Take a bowl, and mix together the crabmeat, chilli, coriander, zest and lime juice, and the rest of the olive oil. Season well with salt and black pepper, and then spoon generously over the top of the bread slices. Serve as a canape alongside a great glass of wine, and your guests will be talking about your hospitality for months!
