Creamy Mussels Pasta

  • 50ml olive oil
  • 1⁄2 chilli, chopped
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic
  • 3 chopped spring onions
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 25g cooked mussels
  • 100g cooked spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp chopped chervil
  • Salt and pepper
  • In a wok or large frying pan, heat up the oil and gently fry the chilli, garlic, and spring onion until soft. Stir in the turmeric, then add the cream and mussels. Cook for a couple of minutes to slightly reduce and thicken.
  • Add the spaghetti, season well with salt and pepper, and mix. Serve in a bowl, sprinkled with chervil.
