Cubano Sandwich
- 150g leftover roast pork, shredded
- 2 soft baguettes, cut horizontally
- 2 tsp mustard
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of emmental
- 2 gherkins, thinly sliced
- Knob of butter
- Preheat your oven to 180C. Wrap up the leftover roast pork in a foil parcel, then heat in the oven for 10 mins. Meanwhile spread your baguettes with a spoon of mustard, layer up the slices of ham and cheese, before adding the roast pork and gherkins.
- Chuck a knob of butter in a griddle pan, and griddle the sandwiches for 5 minutes on each side. It’s so wrong... it’s very, very right.
