Dory in Cream and Caper Sauce
- 2 dory fillets (or similar)
- 60g butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp capers
- 180ml heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
- Chips, to serve
- Melt the butter in a frying pan until just turning golden, then fry the fish fillets for about 2 mins on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the capers, lemon juice and cream to the pan and cook for a few mins, stirring constantly, to make a thickened sauce. Season liberally with salt and pepper, then serve the fish fillets on plates, drizzled with the cream and with a heap of chips on the side.
