Easiest Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse
- 250g chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 175g fromage frais
- 1 tsp espresso powder mixed with a splash of hot water
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts, toasted
- Pear wedges and biscuits, for dipping
- Simply mix together the spread with the fromage frais, espresso mix and chopped hazelnuts. Spoon into 4 ramekins and chill. When set, serve with biscuits and pear wedges for dipping. Easy!
