Easiest Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse

  • 250g chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 175g fromage frais
  • 1 tsp espresso powder mixed with a splash of hot water
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts, toasted
  • Pear wedges and biscuits, for dipping
  • Simply mix together the spread with the fromage frais, espresso mix and chopped hazelnuts. Spoon into 4 ramekins and chill. When set, serve with biscuits and pear wedges for dipping. Easy!
