Easy Jerk Ribs
- 500g pork ribs
- 1 tsp salt flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 250g jerk barbecue sauce
- 25ml rum
- Season the pork with the salt and pepper, thyme, allspice, garlic, and chilli flakes in a bowl, rubbing to cover the meat completely. Add the jerk sauce and rum, and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200C, place the ribs in a roasting dish and cook for 45 mins, or until cooked through. Serve with slaw and whatever else you fancy!
