Easy-Peasy Seafood Skewers

  • 160g raw king or tiger prawns
  • 250g squid, cleaned
  • Sweet chilli sauce (or similar)
  • Peel your prawns and slice the squid into 3cm pieces, then thread onto three skewers. Light the barbie, and brush your skewers all over with sweet chilli sauce or your preferred glaze. Once the flames have died down, cook the skewers for just 2 mins on each side, then brush again with the sauce, and cook for 1 min more on each side until sticky and lightly charred. Serve with salad.
