Easy Smoked Mackerel Dip

  • 2 smoked mackerel fillets
  • ½ lemon, zest and juice only
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • Small bunch of dill, chopped
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Tortilla chips, to serve
  • Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets and discard. Flake the flesh into a bowl, being careful to remove any bones as you do so. Lightly mash with a fork.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and zest, along with the dill, paprika and yoghurt. Serve with tortilla chips or crudites, and enjoy.
