Easy Smoked Mackerel Dip
- 2 smoked mackerel fillets
- ½ lemon, zest and juice only
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- Small bunch of dill, chopped
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Tortilla chips, to serve
- Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets and discard. Flake the flesh into a bowl, being careful to remove any bones as you do so. Lightly mash with a fork.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest, along with the dill, paprika and yoghurt. Serve with tortilla chips or crudites, and enjoy.
