Easy Teriyaki Beef Noodles
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 300g beef steak, sliced
- 200g mangetout and baby corn
- 1 carrot, sliced into matchsticks
- 300g wok-ready noodles
- 220g tin of water chestnuts, drained
- 150ml teriyaki sauce
- Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a wok and stir fry the beef for 2 mins. Remove from the wok and set aside. Chuck in the corn, mangetout and carrot, and stir fry for 3 mins. Add the noodles, water chestnuts, teriyaki sauce and a splash of water, then return the meat to the wok and fry together for 2 mins. Serve immediately - simple and delicious!
