Fastest Ever Prawn Curry
- 2 tbsp curry paste
- 1 sliced onion
- 200g raw king prawns
- 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
- Bunch of coriander, chopped
- Cooked rice, to serve
- Drizzle some of the oil from the curry paste jar into a hot wok and add the onion, sizzling for a few mins to soften. Stir in the curry paste, and cook for a couple of mins more. Add the prawns and tomatoes, bring to a simmer, and cook until the prawns are pink. Season, then add the coriander and serve with rice. Easy!
