Fiery Oysters
- 3 sprigs of coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp pickled ginger, sushi-style, finely chopped
- ½ tsp fresh lime juice
- 6 very fresh and shucked oysters
- Simply combine the coriander, chilli, lime juice, and pickled ginger in a small bowl, then spoon generously over the freshly shucked oysters. Serve on a bed of ice - delicious!
