Fiery Oysters

  • 3 sprigs of coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp pickled ginger, sushi-style, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp fresh lime juice
  • 6 very fresh and shucked oysters
  • Simply combine the coriander, chilli, lime juice, and pickled ginger in a small bowl, then spoon generously over the freshly shucked oysters. Serve on a bed of ice - delicious!
