Fig and Blue Cheese Canapes
- 8 figs, halved
- 100g sliced blue cheese
- 30g honey
- 20g chopped pistachios
- A few thyme sprigs, chopped
- Arrange the fig halves on a tray, cut-side up. Top with slices of blue cheese, then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with honey, and scatter with pistachios and thyme. Perfect!
