Fig and Blue Cheese Canapes

  • 8 figs, halved
  • 100g sliced blue cheese
  • 30g honey
  • 20g chopped pistachios
  • A few thyme sprigs, chopped
  • Arrange the fig halves on a tray, cut-side up. Top with slices of blue cheese, then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with honey, and scatter with pistachios and thyme. Perfect!
