Figs Stuffed with Dolcelatte Canapé

  • 16 soft dried figs
  • 8 tsp dolcelatte or other strong blue cheese
  • 8 slices of serrano ham or similar
  • Handful of chopped parsley
  • Chop out the tough core or each fig, then cut a pocket in each and stuff with ½ tsp of blue cheese. Cut the serrano ham in half lengthways, and wrap each fig in a ham parcel. Serve with scattered parsley, and dress with some black pepper.
