Figs with Goat’s Cheese and Honey
- 8 fresh figs
- 100g soft goat’s cheese
- 3 tbsp honey
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Cut the figs in half and place cut-side up on a baking tray. Cut a small cross into the middle of the flesh of the figs (don’t cut all the way through the skin), then gently squeeze to open them up.
- Crumble the goat’s cheese over the top of the figs and press down to coat. Drizzle with the honey, bake for 5 mins, then serve immediately as part of a charcuterie board or tapas selection. Divine!
