Garlic and Chilli Spaghetti
- 200g dried spaghetti
- 1 big garlic clove
- Handful of parsley leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinches of dried chilli flakes
- Sea salt
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the parsley and garlic, and add to a frying pan with the oil. Cook for 1 minute, then add the chilli flakes for 1 minute more. Drain the spaghetti and add to the frying pan along with some of the cooking water, and mix well. Season liberally, and serve. Perfect!
