Garlic and Chilli Spaghetti

  • 200g dried spaghetti
  • 1 big garlic clove
  • Handful of parsley leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches of dried chilli flakes
  • Sea salt
  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the parsley and garlic, and add to a frying pan with the oil. Cook for 1 minute, then add the chilli flakes for 1 minute more. Drain the spaghetti and add to the frying pan along with some of the cooking water, and mix well. Season liberally, and serve. Perfect!
