Garlic Beef Stir Fry
- 200g sliced beef fillet
- Pinch of Chinese five-spice powder
- Soy sauce, to season
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 150g spinach
- 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- Toasted sesame oil, to season
- Season the beef strips with soy sauce and some five-spice. Add the oil to a wok, toss in the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the beef, stir-fry until browned, then toss in the spinach and cook until just wilted. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
