Garlic Butter Grilled Oysters

  • 50g butter
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 6 fresh oysters in the half-shell
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Hot sauce, to serve
  • Heat the grill to high and mash the butter with the garlic and some seasoning. Pour 6 piles of sea salt onto a baking tray and sit an oyster shell on each to stop them wobbling.
  • Divide the garlic butter mixture between the 6 oysters, then grill for 5 mins or until bubbling and golden. Sprinkle with coriander and a dash of hot sauce, and serve.
