Garlic Butter Grilled Oysters
- 50g butter
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 6 fresh oysters in the half-shell
- Sea salt
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- Hot sauce, to serve
- Heat the grill to high and mash the butter with the garlic and some seasoning. Pour 6 piles of sea salt onto a baking tray and sit an oyster shell on each to stop them wobbling.
- Divide the garlic butter mixture between the 6 oysters, then grill for 5 mins or until bubbling and golden. Sprinkle with coriander and a dash of hot sauce, and serve.
