Garlic Clams Tagliatelle

  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 75ml white wine
  • 125g clams, cleaned and rinsed
  • 50ml boiling water
  • 100g cooked tagliatelle
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • Put the garlic, clams, white wine, and boiling water into a saucepan, and cover with a lid. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes, or until all the clams have opened.
  • Drain, and discard any which have stayed closed. Toss the cooked clams in the tagliatelle, place in a bowl, and sprinkle with parsley. Perfection!
