Green Olive Beef Burgers
- 500g beef mince
- 75g chopped green olives
- 1 chopped green chillies
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- Buns, cheese, pickles, fried onions and salad to serve
- Mix the burger ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and season liberally with black pepper. Divide into 4 portions, then shape with damp hands into patties.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 mins to firm up, then cook for 4-5 mins on a griddle pan before turning and cooking for another 5 mins on the other side. Add a slice of cheese onto the patty for the last minute of cooking, then stuff into buns with all your favourite salads, relishes, onions and sides. You know the drill!
