Grilled Garlic Oysters

  • 50g butter
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 6 whole live oysters
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Hot sauce, to serve
  • Preheat the grill to high. Mix the butter with the garlic and some seasoning in a bowl. Shuck the oysters, drain the liquid from the shells, then divide the garlic butter between the oysters and grill for 5 mins. Allow to cool for 5 mins, then scatter with coriander and serve with hot sauce for a fiery kick. Delicious!
