Grilled Lamb Chops

  • The zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 lamb chops or steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • Heat your grill to high, or fire up the barbeque.
  • Rub the lamb and tomatoes with lemon zest and olive oil, and season well with salt and pepper. Grill them together on a baking tray or on the barbeque for 8-10 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking.
  • Serve with new potatoes, or with spiced and fruity couscous.
