Honey and Sesame Lollipop Chicken

  • 100g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Small handful of fresh parsley
  • Soak two wooden skewers in some water for at least ten minutes. Thread your chicken strips onto the skewers, and drizzle with the olive oil.
  • Heat up a griddle pan or barbecue, then cook the chicken skewers for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden. Drizzle over the honey, and toss over the toasted seeds. Serve with a scattering of parsley and another splash of olive oil.
