Honey Mustard Sausage and Sweet Potato Traybake
- 4 tbsp clear honey
- 4 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 6 quality pork sausages
- 2 sliced red onions
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Mix the honey and mustard together in a small bowl. Pop the sausages, onions and wedges in a roasting tin and drizzle with the honey mustard mixture. Toss well and season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and roast for 35 mins. Once the sausages are sticky and cooked through, serve with your choice of greens.
