Jamon and Fava Beans Tapas
- 120g podded fava beans
- 55g finely sliced jamon Iberico or similar quality cured ham, torn
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Splash of sherry vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Cook the podded beans in a pan of salted boiling water for 3 mins, or until tender. Drain and refresh in cold water. Place in a bowl and mix with the ham pieces, chopped garlic, and a splash of olive oil and vinegar, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve as part of a tapas selection, or enjoy with crusty bread.
