Kebabs a la Provence

  • 600g pork or lamb fillet
  • Bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tsp herbes de Provence
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cut the meat into bite-size chunks, and cut the onions into 3 cm lengths. Mix together the herbs, honey, and oil, add some salt and pepper, and stir in the meat to coat well. Thread onto 4 skewers alternate pieces of meat and spring onion, then griddle for 8 mins or until browned and cooked through. Serve with hunks of baguette.
