Mango and Lime Chicken Wings
- 1 kg chicken wings
- Oil for drizzling
- 200g mango chutney
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 sliced red chilli
- Coriander leaves, roughly chopped
- Preheat your oven to 180C. Toss the chicken wings in a little oil, and season well with salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes, then brush the wings all over with a mixture of lime zest and mango chutney. Return to the oven for a further 20 minutes, giving them a toss in the marinade halfway through. Serve with a scattering of chilli and coriander.
