Marinated Tofu Steaks
- 2 x 280g blocks of firm tofu, each cut into 6 slices
- 2 tsp tamari
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 grated garlic cloves
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- Chips, salad and guacamole, to serve
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the tofu and turn to coat. Set aside for 30 mins. When ready, heat a griddle pan and cook the tofu slices for 10 mins, turning often, until golden all over and slightly crisp on the edges. Serve with chips, salad and some guacamole.
